Monthly Madness- March 2023

Writer: Erin SzochErin Szoch

February was such a fun month. We celebrated Bradley turning 1 with a family dinner and a birthday party. The theme was Sound The Alarm, Bradley's Station 1. We were so pleased with the turn out and felt so much love. Bradley had a blast playing with friends and eating plenty of sugar.

We had a cute Valentine's day. I got everyone a little Valentine goodie bag. For dinner, I cooked steak, lobster tail, coconut shrimp, green beans, and potatoes.

I will grade my New Year's Resolutions quarterly rather than monthly, so I will grade next month.

Last month, I opened my Amazon storefront. I am excited to have a home for all of my Amazon purchases and finds. You can also shop other items of mine in my Like To Know It.

Verse

”Who of you by worrying can add a single hour to his life? Since you cannot do this very little thing, why do you worry about the rest?" Luke 12 "25-26

There is no randomness in life, God plans it all. A lot of us let life slip through our fingers because we are so busy worrying about the future rather than enjoying the present. We are not in control of what happens tomorrow because tomorrow is not promised. We forget that. Tomorrow is not promised, therefore, we need to live in the now. We need to keep in contact with God during the day to keep us on the right path.

Life is an adventure with God as our guide. He guides us down the path in front of us hoping we leave the outcomes to Him. If that path leads to a cliff we need to be willing to climb it with His help. When we come to a resting place then we should take that time to be refreshed in His presence. The ultimate destination is Heaven, so let us enjoy the rhythm of life.

Advice

Your babies are only babies once. Take in the mess, remove distractions, and focus on them. Time flies by and you will remember the memories you make with them over the task you finished. Love them with all that you have and create fun with one another.

OOTM

This outfit is perfect to have in your closet. Three basics that work together and work separately to create multiple outfits. I posted a video on my Instagram that showed 4 outfits made with these items.

An outfit like this is perfect for transitioning into spring, which it is right around the corner. I bought this at TJ Maxx for under $100.

You don't have to break the bank for a cute outfit. If you can and want to get a $$$ outfit go for it, but it is also possible to find trendy items that are $. The important thing is to get what you like and makes you feel confident. Your style is the best style!
